Terry Brady joined Silverman Consulting in 2005 bringing with him three years of public accounting experience having worked with a wide range of clients in the manufacturing, retail, snack food, and railroad industries.

Since joining Silverman Consulting, Mr. Brady has helped numerous clients improve their financial performance by consolidating business units, liquidating non-core fixed assets, and reducing overhead. He has also assisted clients obtain new financing and has advised in the sale of distressed companies in the extreme sporting goods, paint finishing, and high pressure cylinder industries. Mr. Brady’s other notable turnaround projects include working with a $150 million cargo trailer manufacturer, a $40 million jewelry manufacturer, and a $120 million steel file cabinet and shelving manufacturer. Mr. Brady has considerable bankruptcy experience, assisting clients through insolvency scenarios including Chapter 11, Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, and Chapter 128 Receivership.

Prior to joining Silverman Consulting, Mr. Brady was with KPMG LLP in their Audit and Risk Advisory Services group, with a focus on consumer and industrial clients. In addition to substantial audit experience, Mr. Brady also assisted on several special projects while at KPMG, including financial statement carve-outs and accounting for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brady worked in KPMG's Chicago and Dublin, Ireland offices.

Mr. Brady, a CPA, received both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy degree and his Masters of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Notre Dame.
