Tiffany Davis joined Silverman Consulting in 2008, with financial and accounting experience in numerous industries such as retail, manufacturing and technology. Ms. Davis has worked on clients in the food and agriculture industries as well as retail and distribution. She is responsible for assembling and analyzing weekly cash flow projections, assisting management teams in managing cash as well as conducting product and customer profitability analyses. In addition, Ms. Davis has worked closely with management on zero-based budgeting exercises to maximize the company’s operating efficiencies and profits.
Prior to joining Silverman Consulting, Ms. Davis held several positions within the Finance and Accounting Department at AMSTED Industries. In addition, Ms. Davis completed several special projects while at AMSTED Industries such as global Business Process Outsourcing and the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley.
Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
