Dan Nadler joined Silverman Consulting in 2005 with financial and accounting experience across numerous industries. During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Nadler has performed a wide range of services for healthy and distressed clients including: business plan development; cash flow projections; customer and product profitability analyses; refinancings and divestitures; and operational improvements. Mr. Nadler has also negotiated with senior lenders and syndicates to obtain forbearance agreements and new financing as well as with unsecured creditors to obtain longer terms while still securing necessary product for production. In addition, he has assisted clients in more complex matters such as UCC (Article 9) proceedings and sales.

Mr. Nadler has experience in assisting clients in industries such as food processing, heavy and light manufacturing, novelty manufacturing and distribution, steel services. graphic arts, automotive parts distribution, and real estate.

Prior to joining Silverman Consulting, Mr. Nadler worked for AlixPartners LLC where he performed bankruptcy and solvency analyses, fraud and forensic investigations, and litigation consulting. He was also with Crowe Chizek & Company LLC where he performed due diligence engagements for both lenders and financial buyers of distressed companies. Mr. Nadler began his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Nadler is a CPA and has passed all three examinations to qualify for the CTP (Certified Turnaround Professional) designation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
