Since joining Silverman Consulting in 2006, Alex Noyenski has assisted distressed companies in identifying the sources of financial and operational issues and has helped develop solutions to turn around the businesses.

To execute a turnaround plan and maximize the profitability of his clients, Mr. Noyenski is involved in assessing business viability, enhancing cash flows, re-engineering the company’s processes, negotiating with customers, vendors, and bank groups, and developing short-term and long-term strategies. He has conducted product, customer, and location/division profitability analyses, restructured companies around their profitable core business units, and disposed of the unprofitable segments typically through a sale. This work includes renegotiating leases, implementing immediate expense reductions, forecasting cash flows, and designing detailed execution plans.

In addition to turnaround management, Mr. Noyenski’s experience includes selling distressed businesses to strategic or financial buyers, and managing insolvency situations such as Chapter 11s, Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, and UCC sales.

Mr. Noyenski has experience assisting clients in industries such as trucking and logistics, manufacturing, health care, lawn and garden, retail, food and beverage, entertainment, financial services, and warehousing and distribution.

Prior to joining Silverman Consulting Mr. Noyenski worked at Crowe Chizek & Company where he performed buy-side due diligence services for lenders, strategic buyers, and private equity firms, including those specializing in acquiring distressed companies. His experience was primarily focused on reducing the risk of distressed transactions by critically analyzing target companies’ financial, operational, and strategic potential. Prior to his career in M&A, Mr. Noyenski spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Audit and Assurance group where he performed financial audits of public and private companies.

Mr. Noyenski, a CPA, received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of South Florida.
