Ryan Perrone joined Silverman Consulting in 2006 with a diverse range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and valuations. During his tenure with Silverman Consulting, Mr. Perrone has worked with manufacturers and distributors across such industries as metal fabrication, food processing, livestock production, copier and printer parts, pool and spa control and outdoor lighting, and automotive components.
Mr. Perrone has worked to improve both small and large companies, with revenues ranging from $10 million to $500 million. Mr. Perrone has helped companies monitor their liquidity and improve their profitability through:
Analyzing profitability by products and customers by conducting contribution margin analyses, working with management to link all direct costs to specific products and customers to identify unprofitable business and either fix them operationally, through price increases or eliminate them altogether;
Reviewing and helping revise consolidation plans to combine multiple plants, significantly reduce the time and required up front investment and improved the timing of positive cash flow;
Working with management to create weekly cash flow models and benchmarking actual performance against those budgets;
Assisting management through Chapter 11 proceedings by managing vendor relationships, analyzing opportunities for overhead expense reduction and conducting zero-based headcount exercises, as well as selling divisions to strategic and financial buyers.
Prior to joining Silverman Consulting Mr. Perrone worked as an investment banking associate at Dresner Partners and as a credit analyst at Bank One. Mr. Perrone is a CFA charterholder and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Mr. Perrone stays active through triathlons and other endurance activities.
