Howard Sutker joined Silverman Consulting in 1992. During his tenure, Mr. Sutker has helped numerous companies enhance profitability through developing and implementing consensual, practical solutions with a company’s management team. These strategies include realigning operations, enhancing processes, implementing new pricing guidelines, reducing costs, or divesting non-core business segments.

In addition, Mr. Sutker has also successfully negotiated forbearance agreements with secured lenders as well as repayment programs with trade vendors and secured lenders alike.

Mr. Sutker has consulted for a variety of manufacturers, distributors, and service organizations in various industries, including plastic extrusion/injection molding, printing/graphic arts, importing, food processing, and original equipment manufacturing.

Prior to joining Silverman Consulting, Mr. Sutker served as Controller of two Chicago manufacturing companies and was a Senior Accountant in the Emerging Business Services Division of Coopers and Lybrand.

Mr. Sutker, a CPA, received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, and a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
