Cezary Turek joined Silverman Consulting in May of 2006 and since then has assisted clients with profit enhancement, improving and bridging liquidity, turnaround and business plan development, financial modeling and budgeting, new financing, lender forbearance, debt restructuring and vendor negotiations.

On all engagements, Mr. Turek works directly with management and company employees to identify and execute improvements in operations, financial performance, and liquidity. Mr. Turek has worked on clients ranging in size from $20 million to $500 million of annual revenue in industries such as manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, broadcasting, sports arenas, trucking and business services.

Before joining Silverman Consulting, Mr. Turek gained experience in financial accounting, financial due diligence, financial modeling and business plan development. Most recently, he was a senior manager in the Transactional Support Services Group of RSM McGladrey, previously American Express Tax & Business Services, were he assessed distressed and healthy companies as acquisition targets for private equity and corporate buyers. Prior to that, Mr. Turek was a manager in the Commercial Audit Group of Altschuler Melvoin and Glasser LLP.

Mr. Turek holds a CPA and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University. In his spare time he enjoys running, biking and traveling.
