Adam Boben | Associate

Adam joined Silverman in 2022 after four years of public accounting experience in PwC’s International Tax Services group. As a tax professional, Adam consulted U.S. multinationals on the international provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, helping clients navigate various aspects of tax reform, structure acquisitions and dispositions in a tax efficient manner, and comply with federal filing deadlines.

Mr. Boben is a registered CPA in Illinois and holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, Adam enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
