Trevek R. Sengbusch | Partner

Trevek Sengbusch joined Silverman Consulting in March of 2012 and has been instrumental in assisting clients with a variety of business improvement initiatives including liquidity enhancement, turnaround management, financial modeling, debt restructuring, capital raises, insolvency matters and profitability improvement.

Mr. Sengbusch assists clients by engaging with company management and employees to quickly identify operational inefficiencies, liquidity improvements and cost reductions in order to stabilize financial performance and liquidity. He leads activities such as the preparation of a 13-week cash flow, zero-based budget and product line or customer profitability to help guide proper decision making.

Mr. Sengbusch has orchestrated numerous capital raise initiatives that have provided critical liquidity to companies across a variety of industries and sizes. Additionally, Trevek has experience selling both healthy and troubled companies through normal and 363/ABC processes, respectively. He has helped clients navigate numerous insolvency events, including Chapter 7 and 11 Bankruptcy, Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) and Chapter 128 Receivership (Wisconsin).

Mr. Sengbusch has worked with companies in many different industries, including: heavy manufacturing, paper, printing, retail, bulk materials, clothing/textiles, agriculture, automotive, transportation, 3rd-party logistics, trucking, consumer goods, distribution/packaging, social/business clubs, engineering, construction, banking, and non-profits.

Prior to joining Silverman Consulting, Mr. Sengbusch gained experience in the consumer goods manufacturing industry by coordinating strategic planning and development initiatives, conducting financial analysis, rationalizing the Company’s manufacturing footprint and addressing liquidity and profitability concerns.

Mr. Sengbusch received a B.S. in Economics with a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, exercise classes and spending time with family and friends.
