Betsy Paraszczak
Betsy Paraszczak joined Silverman Consulting in 2021, bringing over eight years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, and Financial Systems Innovation. Prior to joining Silverman, Betsy held roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas and SP Plus Corporation, where she supported complex financial and operational initiatives across large, multi-entity organizations.
At Silverman, Betsy assists clients by working directly with management teams to develop and execute strategic plans focused on liquidity management, financial forecasting, growth, and overall business viability. She has served in interim leadership roles including interim CFO and interim VP of Finance/Controller and regularly supports management in navigating periods of transition, growth, and financial stress.
Betsy drives client initiatives such as liquidity enhancement, profitability improvement at the product, customer, and location level, turnaround management activities, treasury and liquidity management, financial modeling, and inventory rationalization. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, restaurant and service businesses, non-profit organizations, information technology, and more.
Betsy holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Business Strategy from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Loyola University Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
