Hanson Nimako

Hanson joined Silverman Consulting in 2025 and brings more than 10 years of experience advising corporates and private equity-owned companies through periods of change, with a focus on strategic initiatives, performance improvement, liquidity, and working capital management. His work has taken him across turnarounds, interim finance roles, derivatives audit, and transaction advisory, giving him a broad view of how businesses create and protect value under pressure. Prior to joining Silverman Consulting, Hanson was part of the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice at Alvarez & Marsal. He spent five years at Goldman Sachs supporting the Commodities and Credit Trading businesses within the Finance Division and began his career at Deloitte as an audit associate before moving into Transaction Advisory.

Hanson holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska – Omaha and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Ghana. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
