Jeff joined Silverman in 2026 after spending over five years with Alvarez and Marsal's Financial and Tax Reporting Valuation team. As a senior associate at Alvarez and Marsal, Jeff focused on valuation analyses pertaining to purchase price allocations, equity-based compensation, enterprise and equity valuations, goodwill impairment testing, gift and estate tax planning, and more. Jeff has worked with both private and public companies in a variety of industries including alternative asset management, insurance, and industrial services.

Jeff graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University. In his free time, Jeff enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers and FSU football, spending time with family, golfing, and taking his dog Ace to the lake or park.
