Matt joined Silverman in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years with Capstone Partners' Financial Advisory Services team, where he advised lower middle-market clients across a variety of industries on distressed situations and buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.

Earlier in his career, Matt worked as a project engineer specializing in deep foundation and slope stabilization projects. He also served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps.

Matt holds a Master of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. In his free time, he enjoys winter sports, fly fishing, camping, and metalworking.
