Monia Zmudzki joined Silverman Consulting in 2025, bringing experience in investment banking and financial advisory. Previously, Monia worked as an Associate at Stifel, where she supported transactions across various sectors. Monia began her career at KPMG as a Strategy M&A Associate, working on performance improvement as well as commercial, operational, and financial due diligence. Her expertise includes conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning. She has supported transactions across industries such as technology, services, consumer, and industrials.

Monia holds a Bachelor of Science and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a CPA in Illinois. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, coffee shops, outdoor activities, and traveling.
