Tyler Burandt | Associate

Tyler joined Silverman in 2024 and brings four years of experience in corporate finance, including leveraged lending, mergers and acquisitions, and turnaround consulting. He spent nearly three years at Truist Securities Corporate & Investment Bank where he assisted in underwriting transactions in the syndicated loan market, focusing on leveraged financings within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. Most recently, he worked at a middle-market consulting firm specializing in financial advisory and complex restructuring services for distressed clients in various industries, including wind downs and dissolutions.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, majoring in Financial Management and minoring in Accounting. In his free time, he enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, and supporting Chicago sports teams.
